ExtPulse collects zero personal data. All monitoring happens locally on your device. Nothing ever leaves your browser.
Data Collection
ExtPulse does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data of any kind.
All extension health monitoring data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your device. ExtPulse has no backend, no analytics, no telemetry, and no account system.
What ExtPulse Reads
- The list of extensions installed in your browser (via chrome.management API)
- The enabled/disabled status of those extensions
- The version and permission list of those extensions
What ExtPulse Does With This Data
- Displays it in the popup dashboard on your device
- Stores health event history locally in your browser
- Uses it to generate notifications on your device
What ExtPulse Never Does
- Sends any data to external servers
- Collects personal information
- Tracks browsing activity
- Reads web page content
GDPR Compliance
ExtPulse is fully compliant by virtue of collecting no personal data. There is no data to delete, export, or correct.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes to reflect new data practices, we will update the effective date above and notify users via the extension update notes.

1. Acceptance
By installing ExtPulse, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of Service
ExtPulse is a browser extension that monitors the health of other installed browser extensions. It detects crashes, unexpected disables, and service worker failures, and displays this information locally on your device.
3. License
ExtPulse grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this extension. You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from ExtPulse.
4. No Warranty
ExtPulse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that ExtPulse will detect every extension failure or that alerts will always be delivered.
5. Limitation of Liability
ExtPulse's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual Property
ExtPulse and all related code, design, and documentation are the exclusive property of the developer. All rights reserved.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of ExtPulse constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
End User License Agreement

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and the developer of ExtPulse. By installing ExtPulse, you agree to this EULA.
License Grant
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ExtPulse on devices you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble ExtPulse
- Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense ExtPulse
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use ExtPulse to build a competing product
One-Time Purchase
ExtPulse is sold as a one-time purchase. Your license is perpetual for the version purchased. Future major versions may require a new purchase.
No Warranty
ExtPulse is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
The developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ExtPulse. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any restriction above. Upon termination, you must uninstall ExtPulse.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
